Immersing guests in the story of The Polar Express since 2019
Since 2019 we have been immersing guests in the magical story of The Polar Express at our Wensleydale location with the addition of South Devon Railway Spa Valley Railway and Cholsey and Wallingford Railway in 2021. This year we will be returning to our events in Wensleydale, South Devon and Spa Valley, and for the first time this year Edinburgh’s Waverley Station. Our meticulously designed train ride will bring to life the magic of The Polar Express, complete with dazzling lights, and heart-warming scenes.
A magical journey
Thousands of guests each year board the the train at one of our heritage railway host sites and embark on a thrilling journey with all the well known characters front the popular film. As our guests glide through the winter scenery, our dedicated team will recreate the enchanting atmosphere from the movie, ensuring an immersive and unforgettable theatrical experience.
Meet The Characters from The Polar Express
Guests will feel joy and anticipation as they meet all their favourite characters from the Christmas classic on board The Polar Express Train Ride, including the conductor who will clip their special golden tickets, the mysterious hobo who will question their true beliefs in Christmas, the dancing chefs who will serve their world-famous hot chocolate, and Santa himself who will gift the very special first gift of Christmas on board the train.
