This statement is made voluntarily by PNP Events Ltd in the spirit of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Although we are not legally required to publish a statement at our current size, we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings, and to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our operations or supply chains.
About Us
PNP Events Ltd is a UK-based events company delivering a wide range of events and experiences across the United Kingdom. We work with a network of trusted partners including venues, hospitality providers, catering companies, AV and technical suppliers, and freelance staff and contractors.
Our Commitment
We do not tolerate any form of modern slavery, forced labour, or human trafficking within our business or amongst those we work with. We expect all suppliers, contractors, and partners to uphold the same values and to treat their workers with fairness and dignity.
Our Supply Chain
Our supply chain is UK/US based and includes:
- Venues and hospitality providers
- Catering companies
- AV and technical suppliers
- Freelance staff and contractors
- Retail suppliers
- Licensing suppliers
We take a risk-based approach to managing our supply chain and seek to build long-term relationships with partners who share our values.
Steps We Take
To reduce the risk of modern slavery in our operations, we:
- Carry out due diligence on suppliers and contractors before engaging them
- Ensure all staff and freelancers are engaged through legitimate and transparent agreements
- Verify the right to work for all individuals we employ or engage directly
- Encourage the reporting of any concerns through open communication with management
Reporting Concerns
We encourage anyone — whether an employee, contractor, or supplier — who has concerns about modern slavery or labour exploitation to raise them with us directly. All concerns will be taken seriously and handled with discretion.
